    THEY FIND EXCUSE NOT TO PAY,THEY BLAMED THAT I REACHED THEIR COSTUMER DIRECTLY THAT WE NEVER DID..WHEN I ASK FOR PROOF THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ANY THEY REPORTED MY COMPANY ON CARRIER 411 RUN FROM THIS COMPANY

    They are frauds theyll find any reason not to pay the drivers they do anything they can to rip you off I highly dont recommend working with these crooks DRIVERS beware!!

    ******* accepted TEAM load to deliver Wed PM. They charged a premium for the service which is what was specifically requested by the customer to achieve on time arrival so they could accommodate their customers and sell before market closed before a holiday. When we called for an update on the load that was supposed to deliver no later than 6pm, ******* told us they would deliver after midnight because there is less traffic. We tried explaining that is not what the customer wants, which they replied they have been delivering here for 20 years and they know when the customer wants the delivery. ******* could not have been more incorrect, and we have the emails and phone calls to prove if necessary. ******* does not want to accept any responsibility for their service failure despite charging a premium for the service he never provided. Honestly, we should be the ones filing a report at this point.

    I urge everyone to ****** ld logistics llc and read their reviews. These reviews speak for themselves they have been ripping off drivers/ small business owners for the longest but its ok what goes around comes around.

    After 20 years, it would be hard to find a logistics broker without negative reviews all over the internet. Unfortunately, many truckers take responsibility for product and deadlines, but want no responsibilities? Sadly, that is not how the industry works.
