    My brother from ********** sent an envelope to me on Monday of this week. He was told it could take up to five days but most likely in one or two.I received notice that it will be delivered Tuesday evening. The next thing I know while I am checking, not that I received a text, is that I requested to reschedule so its not being delivered Tuesday. I did not request a reschedule! I have been back-and-forth with live chat on *** site and ******** messenger on ***. Neither one of them tells me the same story. ******** messenger says its on its way and their local team told them it will be delivered as soon as possible. Its already Saturday. Chat says no! Now they are telling me it will be delivered Monday! Meanwhile on the *** site when you deal with someone in the chat they have been telling me all week its lost and to file a claim! If you call the toll-free number you cannot speak to a live person. This is deplorable! Obviously ******** messenger people and the *** site chat people do not know what the other one is saying! So now I should wait until Monday one full week to receive a package that was time sensitive paperwork that I needed by Friday! The whole team at the UPS store and on ******** and on *** chat Should be fired. No one can give you a correct answer. This is deplorable for a service that we rely on. Never again will I ever use ***, I will alert all my friends and my colleagues to never use ***.
