      This moving company was contracted from ***** Brothers Moving to transport my belongings from ******, ** to **************, **. Upon the delivery of my belongings, Century Moving Services lost all of the nuts and bolts to my bed frame as well as lost two boxes of my belongings and cracked one of my televisions. Upon contacting their customer service department, they offered zero help or assistance and relayed that they would contact me back for a resolution. It has been well over a week and any time I call I receive no solution and my phone calls are never returned. I was forced to buy a new bed frame and will need to pay for a junk service to come and collect the pieces of my old bed frame. One of the misplaced boxes contained my tools which I now have to pay for replacements as well.

      I hired Century Moving Services to move my home furniture from ********, ** to *********, **. When the furniture was picked up on 6/10/23, there were five employees who came to our home to disassemble and pack our home furnishings. It took them five hour to complete this task. The furniture was delivered to us on 6/16/23 at 6pm. There were only two men assigned to unpack and reassemble our home furnishings, the same task it took five men when picked up.Under the contact, we were promised that "disassembly of all standard furniture required for save movement at the origin and reassembly of all items disassembled by the movers on the day of pick up at destination."The two moving men did not reassemble all the furniture that was disassembled by the movers in ********. And it required me to help them unpack the moving truck. It took them until 12:30am to finish unloading. None of the furniture was assembled. I had to assemble all the furniture. The moving men put a whole in the wall going up the stairs, which I had to fix.In this case, I spoke to ***** at Century Moving Services on 6/13/23 and she let me know that she would pass the issue on to the corporate office. As of today, 8/17/23 I had not heard back regarding this issue, thus I called *****. She has asked for pictures of the furniture that I has assembled, and I did send them to her. She indicated that they tried to reach out several times, which is not true. At this point she said again she would pass it on to corporate and get back to us. I do not feel confident in the services I am being promised.
