      I had a negative experience with the person who sold me the car. Nothing was explained properly to me. I felt stuck Everytime I had an issue. Dealer was unresponsive and did not call back. I wasnt happy with sale at all but felt forced to accept and take it.

      I took my lease 2023 Honda CRV to have an oil change and emergency button fixed (it was getting stuck). My appointment was at 8 am 1/15/2024. The person I spoke with, ******, was very unprofessional. Speaking with other people as I was in her desk. Looking at her phone to shut her location as I tried to explain why I was there. I was told it would be ready by the end of the day. She notified me at 4:15 pm telling me it was never checked because we are backed up so you have to leave it for the next day. Now, its 1/16/2024 and I get a call this morning at 10:30 am stating that I owe $184.00 for a diagnostic check. Meanwhile I have a fully warranty lease. Also, they dont take into consideration that I had to go to work on a day it snowed, take an Uber to my job (which I have to take again in the afternoon to pick up my car- Im a public school teacher in the Bronx) because my car wasnt ready yesterday as it was suppose to. So, in actuality this has cost me $264.00. Never again at this Honda. Very disappointing because I live in the Bronx and I was hoping they service us well. I guess I shouldve taking my car to ******* Honda because they are professional, respectful, and completely reliable. I made a huge mistake. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

      Keep giving me excuses refuse to fix my vehicle. So I pay for three different services. My car still has the same problem and now theyre telling me to come and pick up my vehicle because the part is not available but I receive text messages saying that my parts are available and theyre still telling me to pick up the vehicle because theres missing pieces and theyre waiting for other parts, they keep trying to give me the runaround the last time they told me they never call me back for the recall. This is the second recall and they refusing to fix it. Its on the warranty and theyre really trying to give me my vehicle back. They stopped on the highway it only has ****** miles dish and not be happening the manufacturer I have a lawsuit against them this lemon law. They really need to be investigated. Last time I change the oil they said they change the air filters when I went to a different mechanic they never change them. I had to pay the other mechanic for them to change it and they showed me the air filters they supposedly changed and never did. The other mechanic show me how terrible the air filters look so I had the other mechanic change them.

There is a nationwide backorder. Second, I cannot respond to your accusation that we never changed your filter without seeing a picture. We would not be in business for 45 years if we did not provide great service to our many loyal customers. Last, we are not a party to your lemon law lawsuit against Anerican Honda, so I cannot respond to that. I hope to hear from you soon.--******

      They under valved my trade in, over charged me on the contract , over sold services , lied to me. The dealership needs to be closed down. They will be reposted to the ************************* DO NOT lease or finance a car with Bronx Honda !!!!!

In order to thoroughly investigate your serious allegations, I need to know the name you provided to us, the approximate date you were in our showroom, and, if possible, the salesman you worked with.       I have not heard from you, and after thorough research, it seems you were never in our store. I don't know why you would want to hurt hard-working employees who you never met, but I hope you will take down your review.
