    My brother, *************************** was a resident @ Hudson Pointe from the Spring of 23 to 10/8/23 when he passed. I am in possession of his signed ***** of ******** (POA). I was his POA & sole heir. Prior to Hudson Pointe he was @ RiverSpring for +10 years. His Personnel Needs Account (PNA) was closed after discharge & the balance was to be mailed to Hudson Pointe. I telephoned ******************* in Finance & communicated this. She advised that a finance ledger was not created for him, that she would do this & would assist in getting some reimbursement for paid funeral expenses when he passed.RiverSpring mailed a check in the amount of $806.56 that was in ******** PNA account to ********************************************* on 9/22/23.. I learned in December that the check was not cashed.******* passed on 10/8/23. ************ was advised via email that included a copy of paid funeral expenses & requested copies of ******** PNA and SS fiscal ledgers. There wasnt any response. On 11/9/23 previous email was resent. There was no response. On 11/11/23, I telephoned ************ and left a message. No call back or email response.On 11/30/23, I called & left a detailed message for ************ requesting promised assistance in obtaining allowable reimbursement from SS for paid funeral expenses & again requested copies of ******** finance ledgers. No response.On 12/6/23, I sent another email to ************ requesting copies of ******** fiscal ******************** in obtaining the SS refund. Again, there wasnt any response from ************.On 12/15/23, another email was sent to ************ detailing attempted communication and her failure to respond, and the reasons for these attempts. There was no response.On 1/2/24, I sent ************ a brief email asking for a status report. There has not been a response to that email.
