    I also have been being charged for something I did not ordered . I called my bank and filed a dispute. I never agreed to any of these charges and and I want a full refund. There were a total of 4 charges and I want the money put back on my card before I make a police report for theft

    We have been having a direct debit from our bank account since December 2023, totally $932.75 Australian. I did not sign up for any type of subscription and have asked for a full refund. and have heard nothing but silence from this business. WHAT A ****** SCAM you appear to be running here. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from them. How can they still be in business looking at all of these shocking reviews which are all so similar.

    Amazing product picks Will continue to charge your credit card after you have purchased something from them and made your payment. Thank God my credit card is on top of things and they knew that it was suspicious and did not pay that charge so be careful and make sure you check out your credit card statements.

    I think this company should be shut down. i dont even know how they are still able to do business .I see by their reviews that there are several and I mean SEVERAL PEOPLE who have the same story as me concerning this company. They have so far stolen from me 224.28. All this over one tube of mascara that doesnt even do what they claim it does. I am demanding that this money be put back in my account or i will take this to another level because i did not authorize these charges and i have sent several emails and messages asking nicely for you to cancel whatever this is and stop charging my account. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING BC IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE STOLEN FROM AND SCAMMED, There has to be a law against companies such as this one using fraudulent means to take money from hard working people.

    SCAM!!!!! I bought mascara from this company ONCE, months ago. While going through my credit card statements, this company has been charging me monthly. I called them and they said I signed up for a VIP program,which I never did. I told them I want a refund for every charge.also told them that if I signed up for a VIP membership, why is every months amount is a different price. And why didn't I buy anything else to get deals from this so called VIP program with free monthly products etc.? They couldn't explain that. They said the best they could do is a refund for 2 months. So, I received an email saying they refunded 2 months amount. They sent this at 9:01am. At 9:02am, I received a notice from my credit card company that they CHARGED me twice ! I called them back and said, I have the evidence right in front of me, you didn't refund me,you charged me twice ! They couldn't help me. They told me to wait 3-5 days and I should see the refund. What a scummy company,total scam ! They charged my card again, so now I'm out more money!. I told them I want the 4 months refunds and I guess now, 2 more months! I wanted a refund of $243.16. They charged me on Sept 3,July 29,July 3,June 8, and now today twice ( $86.00 ).
    This company rips off people and shouldn't be in business! I will be telling everyone about this, I might even go to the media. It's bad enough people can barely pay rent and for food, this unethical, unprofessional, scummy company is basically stealing people's money.
    They need to be investigated and shut down.

    This company has been attempting to charge my account in US dollars four times now since February I have no idea what it's from what it's for where my money is going my bank won't help me and I need to find out how to keep these guys from charging my account!

    I bought 1 tube of mascara from this company and they have been charging me 31.62 every single month for literally months!!! This is stupid to buy 1 item and get charged several months after for I don’t even know what I’m paying for when I didn’t even sign up for a monthly subscription. Very disappointing. Never using this company again nor recommending.
