    My pizza was never delivered. The drivers assigned in this restaurants will mark orders as delivered before handing them over. In this case my order was never delivered, I tried to chat online but they referred me to the store manager. I called the store and was on hold for over 1 hour and no one picks up. All I'm left with is a survey that promises a solution within 48 hours, meanwhile I've spent all the money I had for my daughters special dinner. No dinner and no money.

    I ordered pizza on 03/30/24 in the amount of $35.35 (order number **********) at around 7:30pm and the estimated time to arrive was 8:32pm - 8:42pm. 9pm came and no pizza. 10pm came and no pizza. I called the store and no one answers the phone. I finally got through one time and a female employee said the manager will call me back in 5 minutes and hung up on me. Another hour past and I called again. Nothing. I contacted the corporate number and I was put on hold while he tried calling to verify my complaint. He also did not get through. He also said he can't issue a refund because the store has to issue a refund and corporate does not do that. This is the second time I ordered from this specific store and my order was not delivered and my money was taken. The pizza tracker showed that my ordered was delivered then picked up then on its way then picked up again.

    Ordered pizza and requested refund, **** the manager on duty was made aware and assured me that they would refund the money and that it would take from 7-10 business days. It turned into 2 months before I visited the store in person and **** provided me with a refund receipt that was itemized and showed the total refund. I contacted corporate and haven't received any follow up email or call as promised. In turn cashapp has restricted my account and canceled my debit card for trying to dispute my claims even after seeing my receipt they said there is information missing from the receipt and that I need to contact the store, and they also claimed that they're declining my card because it wasn't present for the transaction but it was an online order. I just want my money back and between the store and corporate they are failing me as a customer and I feel cheated, deceived and taken advantage of. They've hung up on me, pretended to speak no English at one point and ignored my phone calls, which makes me feel disrespected. I'm hoping to resolve this issue ASAP because I ORDERED ON DECEMBER 20TH 2023.
