    I placed an online order for the limited time heart-shaped pizza, offered only on *********** **** When my significant other arrived to pick up the carryout order it was burnt. He said it looked horrible, and the pizza was paper thin. We agreed he would exchange it for a medium pie. The employee did so, and added garlic knots to try and cover the difference in price. However, I spent nearly $15.00, and what they provided was not equivalent to the price of what I originally ordered. I paid with my debit via ****** pay. They even denied compensating with a 2 liter soda. We were totally dissatisfied. The garlic knots came burnt as well to top it all off. I even have the pictures as proof. I called to issue a complaint, but the employee just remained quiet, waiting for me to hang up. I would like a resolution ASAP. I would like to be refunded, as I no longer wish to do business with Papa ****'s. So, a promo or coupon would not suffice in this case. The food simply did not meet my expectations, and I am highly displeased! They ruined my 8 year old son's *********** surprise. We were truly disappointed! Please assist. Thank you.
