    B&A Plumbing and Heating Corp in the Bronx, ****, has not been responsive/responsible in providing us with a Backflow inspection report for 2022 and 2023, exposing us to EPA penalties. **** (employee) and another former employee, have only giving us verbal assurance that all is fine. For over one year, efforts to receive inspection report status from B&A Plumbing, have been fruitless. Recently in July 2023, they said incorrect part was installed in 2022, suggested re-payment needed for incorrectly installed part's replacement. They have not complied after assuring that a tech (who didn't show to property) will re-place part; said tech are too busy or that needed parts could not be found, etc. It's been over one year! We now look for an immediate/positive resolution from B&A Plumbing, after contacting ****************** (Owner/management), who agreed to speak with *** EPA.
