      I have been calling and calling for weeks to speak to some one and no one ever answers the office. The office is open from 11am-2pm so only 4 hrs a day and can't get through to anyone. If you go to the office the property manager is "never" in its one problem with the apartments after another. They are quick to collect rent but not fix anything. I have mad complaints to 311 it's ridiculous at this point

      Today is one day the heat should be distributed efficiently. Unfortunately, it wasn't not only was the heat not distributed efficiently but, we haven't had any heat on the entire day. It is now 5:13pm. Now people are resulting to electric heaters which are not the safest. It's unfair and shouldn't continue. Heat is included in the rent and should be given as a requirement not a choice!
