    I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a pair of **** sneakers I purchased from your store at ***************************************. After wearing them for only one time (approximately two hours), the shoes developed severe creases and visible damage that clearly indicate poor material quality or a manufacturing defect.When I returned to your store to request a refund or exchange, your staff not only denied my request but also treated me in a rude and disrespectful manner, which I consider unacceptable. I have video evidence of this interaction, which includes inappropriate and mocking behavior from your ************ a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness. According to consumer protection laws, a product that is defective or unfit for its intended use must be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair. The condition of the sneakers after minimal use clearly falls into this category.

    Sneakers were bought on 12/10/24 from JD Sports, paid through Klarna. Sneakers were too big, was told to exchange/return at local ***********. Tried in Po'k **. Couldn't return, there were 2 payments left. Finished paying on time. Called JD ************** on 1/24/25, a return label was created for me. I ******* back. Let Klarna know they were returned, was told once processed l would receive credit. On 3/1/25 the sneakers showed up at my house, sans original receipt. Called back on 3/3/25 was told the 45 day window was expired. I disputed, l have no power over ************* delivery times etc. "******" spoke to supervisors, a new return label was created, mailed back on 3/5. Was told to keep checking ****** account.Contacted Klarna on 3/29 , they had nothing. I filed a dispute. Called JD sports again. They said they weren't going to issue a refund! I explained that they have ROBBED me, l have no merchandise (which is useless, too big for my daughter) and l am out $89.44! Explained that, that is robbery. They didn't seem to be moved, nor offer a solution other than "sorry that you feel that way".Why create the second label so l could again return telling me that it wasn't my fault that the 45 day window was missed by 3 days, and promising my Klarna account would reflect refund once it was processed.Please if you could help, l would greatly appreciate this. I have been navigating stage 3 breast cancer and just wanted my daughter to enjoy her **** Dunks for Christmas. It's now almost Easter and we are still dealing with this!

    Dated:11/5/2024__I spoke to saleperson concerning the issue.dated:11/12/2024 Refund which transaction of card was non active.And was still charged when transaction was switched to "paying in cash" of $162.38 of items at retail.Requested customer assistance from business and explain about the processing wait time.And still they couldn't relate the issue of the account which was said of the recipient as shown..

    Form of payment, the store accept Afterpay online it except it actual store credit meaning gift cards online and supposedly in store but for some reason I was unable to make my purchase in the store because they dont trust the form of payment the company accepts or the actual store gift cards they did not accept which led me to order online Pay for express shipping to not receive any of my items Ive contacted these people on the 16th was told district manager will reach back out to me regarding the incident. No one is contact me I just contact them again today which is 25th of November supposedly the last agent I spoken with there was no notes there , were going to see how this works out again. The main concern is false advertisement.
