    I am asking for help regarding Riverspring Health DBA Rivers ******************** I gave a refundable deposit of $216,116 for an apartment as yet to be built in this community. I decided not to wait for residency and I requested a refund of my deposit on May 20, 2024. According to the signed agreement/contract it was to be returned to me within 15 business days. It is now 7/12/2024, and I've not received my refund of $216,116.00 plus interest. ****** has been made for the return of such funds, but *********************************, director of Sales is not responding to my emails and phone calls at this time, not has she or ****** the sales rep provided me with alternate contacts to call when I asked. I am concerned about this company, its viability and unwillingness to adhere to contractual obligations . I would appreciate any help in getting my refund.Thank you *************************

    The finance office was notified of the refund request on 6/20. The finance office notified the bank on 6/24 that a refund request was received from *************************. The bank began the process to close out the account. The required form was submitted to the bank 7/1/24 detailing the amount of the refund principal and accrued interest to be processed. Due to the July 4th Holiday, the bank experienced delays. The refund check No********** was sent out to ********************************* on 7/17/2024 by *** in the amount of  $218,897.88 representing principal of $216,116 and interest accrued of $2,781.88.
