      Not good. First, they charged my credit card without sending me an invoice. They said they didn't have my email address. But, of course they had my home address because that's where the service was done, so they could have sent it through the mail. I was very surprised to get the debit on my credit card, not knowing the breakdown. I also had not authorized the charge.Second, they only warranty their parts and service for 30 days. One of the pipes they installed developed a crusty substance on the outside of it which we didn't notice (it being under the sink) until after thirty days. Then they wanted to charge me for a service visit to inspect the pipe. This was about two months after the installation. I am extremely unhappy with their services and I would not recommend them to anyone.
