Good morning, my name is ***** ***********. On January 16, 2025 I went to Ariadnis Romms in the *****, ** to rent a room. I pay $175 for them to give me some room addresses for me to go and check, when I was going to see the places I realized it was to far from my job and my actual place of living I don't drive and the places were not in good neighborhood. I'm 62 years old and I told them I wanted something in the area because I'm more familiar and know about the public transportation in the area and is closed to my work. Since they didn't have any the next day I told them to give me my money back because I'll prefer to stay in the same room I'm now them move that far, they refuse saying not refund but I told them it hasn't been even 24 hours and I told you where I wanted the room and you sent me to far places. I make minimum wage and I'm uneducated when I told them I'm going to complaint they just told me to do whatever because it's their right to keep the money. Is there anything anyone can do for me, please? Thank you in advance!
