    If I could give zero stars I would. Never ever addressed the issues I had with the panels (flickering lights, leaky roof). Swore up and down that the panels would never have ice on them nor would snow ever slide off them. Total lies.

    The system that they installed wasnt working, I dont know where to make a complaint. We have their solar panels since 2020 and we are paying coned for electric that we consume plus the monthly payment at salal which is the bank that made the financing. This solar company is nowhere to be found, the agent and the people in their office who used to be our point of contact does not respond to us anymore. Its very disappointing and we honestly dont know what to do with it.

    My business partners and I signed up two different buildings using this company to provide solar. They promise you the world, but leave so much to be desired. Not only did they botch the installation process and caused damage to our house, once installed, the systems didnt function correctly, and the app was so poorly designed that it did not relay any information about productivity. This led to our system, being down for eight months before we even noticed that it was not producing. That is eight months of payments to this company when they provided zero service. Search elsewhere if youre looking for a solar provider. This company has been nothing but a pain in the rear, and provided next to no service for their system.

    Purchased solar panels in 2019 totaling close to 30k. Have been trying to get in contact with someone from Group Solar USA for over a year & haven't been able to speak with anyone. ******* has been demolished, everytime it rains it leaks in my home. There has been absolutely no contact since panels have been installed. The address on file is now an apartment building. The contact number is for a group called Caplinx. The website does not exist. The costs have become insurmountable for work subpar work. This is completely unprofessional.

    Been a customer for 8 years. I have a problem with my panels. They are no where to be found. Their 800# goes to voice mail. Their website is down and they will not reply to my emails.
