    ON 10/16/2022, I WENT HERE TO GET MY ***LASHES DONE. I WANTED MEDIUM LASHED THAT LOOKED NATURAL. SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS WITH SOAP AND WATER....SHE USED HAND SANITIZER. WHILE DOING MY LASHES SHE WAS ON HER CELL PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME.WHICH WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I PAID THE $25 DOLLAR FEE AND LEFT. LATER THE SAME NIGHT MY *** BECAME EXTREMELY IRRITATED TO THE POINT I HAD TO TAKE THE ***LASHES OFF AS MY LEFT *** STARTED TO BECOME RED AND SWOLLEN, ON 10/17/22 I WENT TO WORK AFTER APPLYING FAKE TEAR ***DROP TO EASE THE **** AND TAKE AWAY THE REDNESS. ONCE AT WORK THE **** IN MY *** WAS UNBEARABLE...I IMMEDIATLEY WENT TO URGENT CARE ON ******** STREET. THE DOCTOR NUMBED MY ***, USED A UV LIGHT AND SAW MY CORNER HAD A TARE. I WAS GIVE ANTIBIOTICS AND *** DROPS TO USE DAILY. ONCE I LEFT WORK I WENT BACK TO THE BUSINESS TO SPEAK TO THE ***** AND LET HER KNOW THE ISSUE...I EXPLAINED THE ISSUE AND THIS LADY HAD THE ***** TO INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE AND LAUGH IN MY FACE WHILE SAYING ******** IN THE *** IS NORMAL. SHE NEVER ISSUED AN APOLOGY AT ALL. THE ESTABLISHMENT HAS NO CLEANING/SANITIZER FOR ANY OF THE SUPPLIES USED. I WAS NEVER EVEN OFFERED A REFUND. AT THIS POINT I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR THE LASHES AND FOR MY URGENT CAR VISIT, MY PRESCRIPTIONS FOR MY *** AND **** I HAVE ENDORED.
