    This company has been doing mine and my family taxes with no issue. This year the issues started with the enormous amount that was charged for filing the taxes. My sister had an issue where they took almost $500 for the taxes. In my situation my federal check was sent to them and their bank because he wanted to make sure he gets his payment. Then he was sending me the rest. The *** sent the check electronically to the bank. It took me looking it up to find this out. I called them and the excuse was because they filed it the paper way that the bank didnt know and they returned my check to the ***. Well they say nothing had been returned. On top of this they said oh we going to call the bank again because we do think the person we spoke to knew what they were doing. Then they want me to wait another couple of weeks for the *** to get the check and then they will send me a letter or send me a paper check or send them the check again. They claim this never happened so why with my check which is $5786

    We are been trying to help this client since her refund was deposited in our bank and the bank returned the deposit back to the *** , we are been touch trying to help this Lady since the original issue was that her dependent was claimed by her grandson  now the *** Respond that needs additional time to trace the refund, as of this date in our part we have not collect our fees at all, all of the help was provided at not cost and waiting patiently for her to receive her refund , ussually when this situation happens the *** recommends to send the return by mailed
