I attended Phoenix training center may of 2021. I payed my class in full got cleared e from my doctor for a test they needed I went to this class every day for the duration of this class every day on time passing all practice test etc . The instructor was a male who in fact would tell the class after gracing if u failed u would stay after class redo your exam because you are drawing blood u are inserting a needle inside someone . And Im that case I have never failed . Come to test day before the exam started the instructor would go over things we discussed early on have us pull out our notes study and go over some questions . I studied so long and hard it was days I stayed later to perform on my classmates there was no way in the world I was failing this exam . Once I finished the test the instructor went over my test gave it back to me and stated u have 2 wrong I dont want 90s we want 95s and up 90 is still passing score he kept it on the page I went over my test corrected it and waited in the next room because this day was our last day and I wanted to stay longer so I can work on the students before going out and drawing blood . 2 weeks later I call the school they informed me I passed but they didnt get any certificates I left it alone June 18 I would never forget I called and a lady told me I failed and I was not getting my certificate o was like so confused like I just paid 800 I was told I passed I know for a fact I passed what types of games are yall playing it got to the point they blocked my number from their phone . At this time I was going through complications from surgery so I was getting my health back on tract . I visited the school with my school books the needles they gave me my notes everything even spoke with the instructor they told me I called the wrong number I didnt fail so now its like a back and fourth game with them I just want my certificate which I rightfully earned or give me all of my money back thats it .
