    I bought a ***** vacuum from K quality corporate from sales rep ***************** on 5/22/24 has she was walking around house to house selling ***** vacuum but got ill after and was unable to cancel the 5/25/24 I tried calling kirky no answer finally I got some one and she explained to me she would reach out to k quality as the product is not from ***** as k quality bought it from them and sold it to me she said I should also leave a message and they will get back to me I also went to the location written on my contract at ******************************************************************** times it had padlocks on the door seems as if its an abandoned warehouse I certified mail the cancellation as well finally someone from the company reach out and she told me I cant return the vacuum as the window to cancel is closed it also says on the contract I have 20 business days from the date of purchase to return or seller to pick it up yet they refuse to honor that all she kept saying the time to cancel has pass and Im stuck with the product I feel like Im being scamed as the sales rep told me I do have ************************************************************************************************************************************** has only her name and the store number I cant afford the payments and I dont want the days to expire as well so Im seeking help to return the product and cancel my contract
