    Store: ********* *********, **. I purchased a piece of artwork and ********* shipped it to my home. Upon receipt the artwork was damaged. It has now been 2 months with no refund or resolution to the issue. The owner keeps responding that "we" need to get shipping company to pay for damage/reimbursement. As the business owner she is taking no responsibility for damaged $2000 artwork I purchased from ********* and the store shipped to me. I would strongly discourage anyone from having anything shipped from this business. I would also discourage anyone from ordering anything from this store. If unable to refund a $2000 purchase it would seem that the business is financially not in a sound state.
