    HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I HAD A GRAD PARTY 7/16/23 AND THEY JUST LEFT IT IN MY DRIVEWAY (MIDDLE OF MY PARTY) NOT IN THE BACKYARD WHERE I WANTED AND SPECIFIED ON THE FORM. WASP NEST WAS ON THE SIDE OF THE **** AND MY DAUGHTER WAS STUNG.THEY CAME TO PICK UP, ZERO NOTICE, NO CALL, NOBODY KNOCKED. WE WERE BOTH HOME BUT THEY DECIDED TO WEDGE IT BETWEEN MY TRUCK AND OUR PARTY TENT. THEY BENT THE TENT POLES IN 2 PLACES AND THE ENTIRE TENT COLLAPSED ON TOP OF MY TRUCK. *** BEEN REQUESTING A REFUND FOR 2 WEEKS AND LEAVING ***************** FOR THE ***** WITH ZERO RESPONSE. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY!

    Worst service I've ever seen.. my fiance booked a portable toilet trailer for a backyard party 7 MONTHS AWAY.. within 1 week of booking, a serious potentially fatal illness was diagnosed in a family member and the party needed to be cancelled.. 7 MONTH away and 1 week after booking. I spoke with a woman who was very sweet and understanding and she explained that since it was extenuating circumstances and it was only just booked for 7 months out, that a refund of the deposit shouldn't be a problem. She just asked that I email them to officially cancel it. Which I did immediately. A week later I had no response so I called. I was told someone would review my email and get back to me. An hour later I received an email back from a woman named ******** " I am So sorry about the circumstances that you are going through. Unfortunately the Deposit is Non- Refundable as stated in the contract.Thank You ********"Since then I've called over a dozen times to speak with ******** or one of the owners *************** They refuse to speak when they are there. And no messages have been returned or responded to. Horrible company. Truly awful service. Take your business elsewhere
