    I ordered a faucet filter that arrived dysfunctional. This was the first disappointment. The filter release mechanism was defective. I messaged canopy and arranged an exchange / replacement. I live in **********, where Canopy cannot ship. Thus, I had Canopy ship my original filter to TN for a relative to fly in to me. When arranging the return, I wrote an email on 5/25 saying it would be great if the replacement can be shipped to ** if it could be delivered by 6/15 (about 3.5 weeks of time for shipment and delivery). After 3 weeks the replacement still had yet to be dispatched, so I messaged requesting it go to the original address in ** to a family member as I would be leaving ***** was not until 6/27 that I received notice the new filter had been dispatched - the tracking showed CT delivery despite my being clear that to be delivered in ** it would need to be delivered within the month (by June 15th). A customer service representative reached out and said not to worry, we will update to ** and she would be sure to keep me informed. Another representative then emailed and said "it appears the address on file has been updated, but the shipping label was not changed". I was told to call *** as contacting *** was outside of the scope of duties for the canopy representative. *** said to call Canopy. Canopy said if it gets returned to us then we will dispatch a new one to the address you had requested in **. I informed them I had no way of shipping back a product from an address I am across the country from. They have continued to tell me it will have to be returned to them and I have continued to tell them I cannot return it as I do not live there. If they could not ship by the deadline specified (6/15) for a different address then they should have told me that. And if they could not change the shipping label 2 days before it left the shipping facility then they should not have told me they could. And they have no suggestions to rectify their mistake.

    Mold ************************** Ignores Customers and Quietly Redesigned Product Avoid this humidifier. I purchased the older model, which has a serious design flaw that causes mold to build up in parts of the unit that you cannot clean even with regular maintenance. Its a health risk, plain and simple.After reporting the issue, I found out that the company has since released a redesigned model that appears to fix this problem better airflow, easier to clean. Clearly, they knew the original design was faulty. But instead of standing by customers who bought the flawed version, they refuse to offer the new model as a replacement. Their answer? Nothing. They just stopped responding to my emails entirely.Theres no phone number, no live support just email, which they use to stall and eventually ghost customers who press for real help.Ive since discovered many others with the same experience: mold issues, ignored requests, and no accountability. A few people were lucky enough to get replacements, but most like me are left with a useless, unhealthy product and no support.This isnt just bad customer service. Its deceptive and unethical. They quietly fixed the problem for new customers but left the rest of us with a product they know doesnt work as it should.

    Placed an order and it's been almost three weeks and I haven't had any order information on when it will be delivered. The website states that most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, yet somehow my order hasn't even been acknowledged. When reaching out via email I get generic answers that my order has been received, but not a single update as to it getting shipped.

    We subscribed to their filter refill subscription for the humidifier we use for our newborn’s nursery. They charged us for our first refill in December but didn’t even ship us the product. There was only confirmation email they charged my credit card but no shipping notification or tracking information whatsoever. We waited for three weeks and still haven’t received the refill, so we reached out to their customer service. All they replied was that the order was fulfilled and could provide no other information. And told us to check with my local post office and neighbors?! If you can’t even provide the shipping information for a product we purchased from you, how do you expect us to find it out and track it down ourselves?! We are already swamped taking care of our newborn. This is the last thing we need!!! We’ve already cancelled the subscription. We really wanted to like this product as it’s starting to help with our newborn breathing problem, but this happened…

    I ordered three of their original humidifier models and all had mold and dust underneath the screen after a year. I was warned not to unscrew the pieces to get to this area or the warranty would be void. I purchased this product because of their marketing that said it was the first fully washable humidifier and that it did not grow mold. When in actuality, my kids were breathing in moist air that was being blown through a moldy screen all winter before I figured it out. I asked if there was anything they planned to do about it and they said they have a new version that I can purchase and to please sign up to receive emails about upcoming discounts. They said they weren't offering anything to customers who experienced this with their first model. This is a design flaw. I thoroughly followed all the cleaning instructions. One of the units was on the floor and the other two were not. They all had dust and mold. We also had air filters running in the rooms that they were located. Their marketing claims were false. And while I would love to support them if their new version actually works, I do not think it is fair that I have to buy all new units because of their design flaw.

    I purchased the small humidifier model 1 year ago. Recently, I unscrewed inside the body to remove the fan to dust it and to my horror, I discovered a moldy screen, beneath the fan. I've been very diligent about cleaning the humidifier, as per the instructions on the Canopy website. This is a design flaw, and a dangerous one at that.

This is not the experience we want for our customers.For optimal use, we recommend placing your Canopy Humidifier on a tabletop to minimize dust and debris from your floor being picked up by the fan. While the tank, cap, and tray are dishwasher-friendly, the main body is not. To clean it, unplug the unit, wipe the inside with a damp cloth or antibacterial wipe, and use canned air for any dust in the fan and screen to prevent buildup. No disassembly is required!At first, we proposed an exchange for the Bedside Humidifier, even outside of its 1-year warranty period. But recognizing your preference for our larger Humidifier Plus model, we gladly accommodated this request. We're pleased that our team has successfully addressed the issue and we truly value your patience and cooperation throughout this process!

    I have tried to contact them to return their product. I have sent 4 emails with no response. There is no phone number to contact them. I am not satisfied with their diffuser. Very frustrated.

    My humidifier stopped working I have tried to contact them/emailed them several times, with no response. I have sent back multiple orders or filters and scent diffusers and have not gotten my money back. Its been months and now I have no product and they stole my money
