      My Frigidaire oven wasn't working, and I had no idea why. But from my initial contact with the business (and understanding the initial given costs) to ***** arriving during the promised time slot, this was a painless experience. ***** was very professional and respectful and took the time to explain the issue/solution and the replacement part. He was very knowledgeable and honest, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs something repaired.

      It is 8:30pm and the tech has not arrived for a 2-6pm schedule window to replace a part that was ordered over a week ago. Tech was 1.5 hours late for first appointment, cancelled appointment scheduled for two days ago. Always an excuse. Cant reach the office by phone after 4pm. Terrible and unreliable. Not sure how they were chosen as a manufacturers warranty service. No refrigerator for 3 weeks. Totally unreliable.

      Service unreliable in terms of keeping appointment time. I scheduled service, left work to be home for it, waited more than 4 hours for technician to come, called a few time to the office to find out where is the technician and when he is going to show up. They kept giving the same answer, he is late, he will come. No ************. When I asked them to call technician and find out where he is, they said he doesn't have phone. Total lie.

      Good day! I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and understand your frustration, but sometimes our technicians can have a major repair and spend more time than expected, this is the reason we are giving four hour timeframe for an appointment.My records indicate that you were informed that the technician would delay, and he visited you at 6 pm when your appointment was originally scheduled from **** pm.At 8:39, we tried to contact you to inform you that ************** will be delaying, but we didn't get an answer. At 3 pm, we spoke with you again and informed you.In addition, I reviewed the call recordings and our representative informed you that he wouldn't be able to reach the technician since the technician was on a different service appointment at the time, and we could not give our techs their personal phone numbers since they are using the main office phone, which doesn't receive any phone calls.

      Iskander provided me very professional services in repairing the ignitor on my ranges broiler. I was particularly impressed that the repair person brought the needed part for the first visit rather than coming for a diagnostic visit first and then scheduling a second visit to install the part, resulting in further delay and cost.
