    Plz be aware if you call them to get a service and you decide to cancel they will send invoices and try to force you to pay saying you agreed to a cancellation policy at the time you called to make appointment that you need to cancel before 3 hours .My experience was that I am not aware of it and the technician himself didnt keep the appointment time .But still they want me to pay the money. I feel like they use this trick people. I explained what happened to their manager but they all answering and forcing me to pay for an unused service,its like a planned trap.Please be aware
