    I placed an order for a plat of survey on May 15th with 24hour plans. **** sent an acknowledgement the same day (attached) but I find out their phone is a non-working number and you have already received numerous complaints from people who never got their surveys, and are awaiting refunds. I am now convinced I have been swindled, and that 24hour plans is not a legitimate business.

    I purchased a complex site plan drawing with setback for $189 on 4/19/2023. My order number is ****. I tried calling and sending a follow up note using the contact option on their website. I have received neither a response nor a site plan.

    At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding 24hPlans has been resolved. Although it shouldnt have taken me contacting BBB to get a response from the company. Will never use them or tell anyone else to use them in the future.

    An order for a site plan was placed on 9/4/2022. The price of the site plan was $194 which was paid in full on 9/4/2022. The estimated time for delivery of site plans was 1 business day. As of 9/14/2022 no site plans have been delivered. A follow up email was sent to ******************************** on 9/11/22to determine the status of the order. As of 9/14/2022 there has been no response. On 9/14/2022 several attempts to contact 24hplans were made however the phone number listed *************) is not in service. A message was sent to 24hplans through ******** on 9/14/2022 and I am still awaiting a response.
