    Placed an order in December of 2023. I Paid. I have no Product. I have emailed close to 20 times. Two replies saying He was extremely busy. Said He would finish it. It is now July of 2025. I still have nothing. If you take on an order, you should communicate with your customer when they reach out to you. You don't ignore them. If you can't produce the product, then re-imburse the money that you took. Simple! **************** is #1. I love ****** work but if I knew what I know now, I would not had gotten hyped up to have a 'custom' painting of my dog, nor would I had even wasted my money or time in placing an order. I have all the emails that I have sent to **** Russo. He even made it to the point of taking away comment sections on his page, for people who tried to reach out to him through his page. Messages, forget it. He doesn't reply to those either. I am not the only one who is or has had this issue. I had received a message from someone saying they went through the same thing. Would I like my painting that was promised? Heck yeah! However, if you can't produce it, then at least offer a reimbursement. -- Thank You!!

    **** will take your money and then totally ghost you. Its unbelievable hes still able to conduct business. He lies and then will stop responding to you. Took my money two years ago for a custom portrait and now will not respond and blocks on social media. So sad that someone would take advantage of peoples hard earned money for pet portraits.

    I ordered a custom portrait of my dog on 8/8/22 for my wife as she was a huge fan of **** Russos art. It is currently 6/13/25 and I have never received it. On 9/11/23 I received an email showing the final piece but never received it. I have kept all the emails and responses and currently looking into legal action as it seems I am not the first ****** this has happened to. I have reached out multiple times with no response. At this point I just want my money back.

    My sister and I were gifted $375 gift cards for the self pet portrait back in December 2021. I reached out back in December of last year bc the code did not work on **** Russos website and he emailed back telling me to send him the information of the gift card and the picture I wanted done. I was emailed in March letting me know it would be done in a week. Ive emailed every month since then with no response whatsoever and even asked if we could just be refunded the 2 gift cards with again no response. I keep reaching out and Im very frustrated with being ignored for 5 months straight now. I would love the portrait I have always been amazed by ***** artwork since I was a kid and so does all of my family and weve purchased multiple paintings with no issues before. My name is ********************************* please let me know how to proceed with either getting the painting or refunding both $375 gift cards.

    I received orders for over 400 custom hand painted portraits. These portraits are all created by me with care as they are peoples person pet portraits. I am no longer creating portraits after this. These are to be my last hand painted portraits. If I were to create one a day (which I cannot) it will take me well over a year. I ask people for patience. No one is getting scammed. In fact what they are getting is a one of a kind hand painted portrait 100% by the artist and that takes TIME. Thank you. DR

    We ordered a portrait for my daughter's dog in September 2022 and had very little correspondence. When we inquired for December 2022 as to the status of the portrait, we were told that he had an overwhelming number of orders. He stated we were "scheduled" for Jan 29th; however, he would bump ** up. The thing is, our daughter is a missionary in ******, and she would only be home then. Guess what? No portrait. Contacted him again in March (!), stating that we felt like we were more than patient. My daughter is now coming to ********** again next week, so I was hoping we'd get this to her then. Not only that, ***** (the dog for the portrait) has passed away, and now we are trying to bring comfort. He states that he's been sick and sorry for the delay--he'd have the portrait to ** by March 10th. Guess what? STILL, no portrait. I certainly understand reasonable delays, but after paying almost $200 dollars almost 9 months ago and still no art, it is completely unprofessional. Buyer beware!
