    Terrible company to order from.Sent multiple emails requesting updates that went unanswered or copy paste reponses that did not answer any of my questions. Order took 1.5 weeks to grab from a shelf and then sat in read to ship for 1.5 weeks. unaccetable, i dont expect amazon next day but 3 weeks for a single item is beyond reason . Item was a gift that was recieved nearly a month after the inteded date. If you are looking to order i suggest doing it about 3 months before you need the item.

    They did not send all the dots needed to complete the picture. I emailed them with the colors that were missing. It took over a month to get the missing dots. They did not send enough dots to complete the picture. I asked them to send me more and they said they could not and I could purchase more from them.

    I placed 2 orders P839108D and P839336D on 12/08/23 neither of which have I received to date 01/31/2024.Order P839108D arrived at the delivery port on 12/16/23 and never moved. I waited 6 weeks and requested a refund via email only to receive automated emails telling me it was being escalated. I have now sent more than 10 requests asking for a refund to only receive an email today saying it has now been reshipped. I do not want it reshipped, I want it refunded. Order P839336D arrived in the state that it was supposed to be delivered on 01/03/2024 and has been updated as arriving late with no update since 01/21/24 - today is 01/31/24. This item is clearly lost and is also outside the 6-week shipping timeline. I have also requested a refund for this item multiple times to no avail and received another email telling me this item has also been re-shipped. I do not request a reshipment at this point I want a refund. The customer service email is fully automated and I have never been able to have a conversation with one human. I have called the customer service phone number more than 20x and no one has ever answered the phone. Again, I am requesting a full refund for both orders P839108D and P839336D.

    This will probably be the only non-automated response I will receive pertaining to my order, "shipped 12/29/2023 Order #P841298D", which I thought would be shipped within the **.... since it was only a few packets of "diamonds" and not a kit. Well, apparently, most people STILL use COVID as an excuse for shipping delays, as well as not being transparent in where the product is actually being shipped from. It was my mistake to go through with a SIMPLE order even though the website is continuing to use COVID as an excuse.

    Never answer phone, if they do the pretend not to hear you. They mess up Orders and do not guarantee there product like they state they do! Will Never order from this company again
