    This vendor offered to ****** clinic on 3/30/24. I paid $99.91 to attend the clinic. On 3/27/24 we were emailed at the clinic would still occur even though it would be raining. On 3/30/20 for just hours before the event it was canceled. The event was rescheduled and we were emailed information that if we had to miss the new date we would be refunded. There was no timeframe listed on this email. I emailed prior to the new date that my son could not attend the camp due to a sports conflict. I was told I could not receive a refund.

    Hello,

    This was resolved with the customer after she informed us of her perspective. It was a unique situation with a rained out event and a subsequent cancellation. 

    Our refund policy was consistent once the event was rescheduled however the customer agreed to the refund policy for the original event and not the rescheduled event. I fully understand the customers perspective and have informed that we need to staff these events appropriately, the reason for the refund policy. 

    I appreciate and understand the customers concern and once she followed up with her perspective, granted a refund.
