      I brought my car there for a color change and they damaged my car my bumper fell off theres dents all over prices missing and I have video proof that when I brought my car there it wasnt damaged and they told me they can fix it but I have to pay

      We are sorry to hear that 

      we are not aware of any complain about wrap 

      please note when we wrap car all we do is add a vynil paper to the car !! How can that cause dents or dropping bumper as mentioned ?

      customer is more then welcome to stop by or call the store and see what we can do to help 

      we stand behind our warranty and services for anything we do 

      but I dont believe dents and bumper falling can be made from wrapping a car 

      please advise

      . where do i begin, i took my car 6 months ago to get wrapped , i got it back and the wrap was done terrible, so i called *** he gave me a run around saying they were busy but would take care of it when they had " time". I was upset but let it rock as they said they were going to do right. He finally calls me to bring the car in about 2 months later. I take him the car on a Saturday and was told it would be done same day ... fast forward 10 hours later ... i call them and they have the audacity to say my car hasn't even been touched and it was just sitting there. Mind you i traveled an hour away from Long Island.1 go pick up my car and they literally had nothing to say it took a lot for me not to lose my temper. I spoke to somebody on their WhatsApp and they told me they weee sorry ********* and said i would have to wait until their " garage " was fixed until they can take my car in for the THIRD time .. fast forward 2 months later and they finally had " space " for me. I tAke my car hoping this time it would be fixed and done the right way, but of course i was wrong. Dropped the car off Saturday and got it back Monday night, and below are the results of how they" fixed " the wrap. Safe to say i give up this time and this review is my last say .. either these people don't care or are just incompetent when it comes to customer service and overall running a shop STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE UNLESS U WANT HEADACHES !!! THEY WONT EVEN GIVE ME MY **** dollars BACK

      On December 17th, 2022 I Paid a total of $1200 to have my Xbox game system installed inside my vehicle. (Range Rover) I was told it was a job that would take approximately two or three HOURS! Our agreement was understood and I was assured the job would be completed so I paid the money in advance but after I paid ********************************* in Full was when the problems began. Over a period of three days I was constantly being told reasons why they cannot finish the job. After I demanded the job to be complete In a reasonable time I was told my price would be increased because they have other customers waiting. Then the cashier who claimed he was the owner began saying he was not payed in full because he thought I did not have the receipt after 3-4 days of constantly returning for a simple job. I have attached a file with the payment! My Xbox is still NOT connected in my vehicle the Job is STILL NOT COMPLETE AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK!
