    My vehicle was involved in an auto collision on May 15, 2024. The car was taking to Miami auto body/ Auto fresh collision repair shop to be serviced. The shop printed out an estimate of the cost of repairs for the vehicle and submitted it to the ************************ The car was in the shop for approximately two months. I was in constant communication with the shop about the status of the repair. The shop kept informing me that they were waiting for parts to come. Every time I went to the shop to pick up the car they told me that it was not there and it was parked at a lot that the shop owned. I asked multiple times if I can retrieve my car and they refused to give me my car back. Upon retrieving my vehicle from the shop they did not repair the car to the specifications of the estimate. The parts that they told me they were waiting for was not part of the original estimate. That parts that were supposed to be replaced were still not repaired. They did not replace any parts that were supposed to be replaced and they caused more damage to the car. I took the car to another shop to get an estimate of the damage they did not fix and the added damage that they caused to the vehicle. *********************** already paid the shop for the repairs. ***** stated that because they already paid the shop the money they cannot pay again for any more damage. The body shop is refusing to give me and refund or fix the damage that they caused to the car.
