      The date of the transaction was March 6, 2024. My car was in an accident (totaled), my insurance covered car rental so a car was rented by Always Amore Car Rental for 30 days (30 days was covered from the insurance). The car was returned 30 days later on April 5, 2024. A deposit, using my credit card was give to Always Amore car rental, the company did not issue a refund to my credit card for ******. I called numerous times, the first time I was told it will be refunded on April 14 or 15. Again I called on April 15, 2024 because my card was not credited to be told I will get a credit on April 26, 2024. Always Amore Car Rental keep giving me the run around. I am a long time car rental customer and it is customary as I have never had a problem that my deposit is credited to my account on the same day the car is returned and my receipt reflects the balance of the rental only. The company is trying to rip me off and I want my deposit refunded including interest on the credit card at 21%. The car was rented to my daughter, she had the accident for our car and used my credit card number for the deposit. On the receipt there is no signature, I did not sign off on the deposit and as most car rentals the credit card and drivers license have to be the same. This company is presenting illegal activities from my experience.
