    I bought a traveling stroller from this company in December of 2020. From when it arrived the 2 front wheels were swiveling badly, and I was only able to use it if I lifter the 2 front wheels when pushing the stroller. I had contacted the company who came to pick it up to 'fix it', but they said that "no issues were found" and they just sprayed WD40, which obviously didn't help!I emailed them videos and after following up a good few times they asked me for my address, but never came to pick it up again!Since then, I emailed them a lot of times, but am not receiving responses, apologies or resolutions!I already bought a new stroller as this one was not useable, and I wasn't going to wait any longer for them.This is not the way you do business. Just taking the person's money, and sending garbage? I understand that mistakes and damages can happen but they should take responsibility!This company has a 2 year warranty for a manufacturer's defect. I contacted them from day 1, and now almost 3 years of running after them passed but they are not giving any service!I request full refund plus compensation for all the headache, time and frustration.
