      Never received my item, contacted the customer service team,they said they will refund,but they didn't. It has been 1 month. I never received my refund. And they did not reply my email anymore as well as calls.

      On Jan 25, I purchased a shampoo and a conditioner from an online retailer, Shampoozone, whose products are advertised for sale in ****** Shopping search results. My order number was #***** and the total charge was $48.98 which included free shipping. The products I was sent were poisoned with something damaging to the hair. I contacted the business and explained I would like to send the products back for a refund and requested a return shipping label. The business refused to take responsibility for the garbage that they sent me and vigorously defended the products that were mailed as having nothing wrong with them. The return policy published on their website is misleading to new customers who are in search of ********************* that is not bad quality as has become the norm. "We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective."

      Hi we offer the customer a 100% refund, if they will return the products back to **.

      we also offer them a partial refund for the shipping back but never heard from the customer

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      I was sold products that were defective and included ingredients not on the label.  These products damaged my hair and that is bad enough, I should not have to lose money on the return shipping.

      I made two requests in email communication to be provided with a fully paid return shipping label.  My last statement was: As a professional business that stands behind the products they sell, you SHOULD be accepting full financial loss for the transaction including return shipping because that is taking responsibility for your mistake in selling a defective product.

       

      In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
