      On Feb 20, 2025 I ordered bookbinding supplies from Talas. I have not received these supplies. I have emailed Talas 4 times and called but no one answered. I left a detailed voicemail. Talas has not responded. The total cost to me, which Talas collected is $237.87, $44.55 of that was shipping and I am assuming insurance. I have repeatedly asked Talas for help and if they did insure the package, file an insurance claim with shipping carrier to replace the product I have not received. It has been 14 days since I placed the order. I have filed a dispute with my bank on the cost. It is completely unacceptable that Talas has taken my money and not provided me with the supplies I purchased.
