This happen in the night of Saturday May 4th.I was with a friend in this Irish Bar named Connie O's on *************************************, we decided to stop by this bar to enjoy a drink and play pool.Indeed, we set at the bar and ordered some drinks when i asked to the Bartender that was the owner ( a little blonde woman around 55 years old ) if they was accepted credit card for the payment ( because neither me or my friend was carry cash) and she told me cash only, she even add that there is an *** inside the bar (staight on the left when you enter in the bar ). So i went to the *** and withdraw 20 dollars ( proof of receipt, at 12:18:42 sec am). When i came back at the comptor, i pay for the first two drinks ( with my 20 dollars bills), she brought me back 8 dollars. Until here nothing to worried about, my friend took 1 more drink and i ask her to 1 dollars in quarter to play pool. When we finish the party of pool, i ask her how much was the drink of my friend and she told me 7$, perfect, i have just the 7$ cash left. After that i run out with cash and decided to withdraw 40$ ( 220 bills) at the same *** inside the bar at 12:47:11 sec am.I decided to break one of those 2 twenty bills that i have, to do a last party of pool. I went to the Bartender ( the same and only female blonde bartender that serve us) and ask her to break my 20$ bills with 1$ in quarter and the 19$ back in bills. She took the bill and went to the cash drawers, at this moment i was talking with my friend and didn't pret a particular attention at what she was doing. She came back with ONLY 1$ in quarter and seeing that i was laughing thinking that she was joking and remind her that i gave her 20$ bills and it was missing 19$ in bills. She answer me in a really rude way pretending that i had gave her only 1$ bill and not 20$ dollars bill. She litterally stole me 19$, she is a thief. I called the police and confront her with the 2 officers but they told me to contact you.I want my 19$ back
