    On June ******* I purchase my dress through this boutique in ************,**. On June ******* I paid the remaining balance to be paid in full for $895.00 on that date I verbally spoke to **** (owner) on the phone because this was a generic dress that should not take that long to come in and I was told it would be in in about 6 weeks. I have the text from the owner confirming it would be ready in 6 weeks. 6 weeks came and went and no dress I decided to wait until the stated delivery time on the contract. On the contract it is stated delivery time would be February of 2025, also included is I would be made aware of any date changes a week before they ********* December I drove past the boutique in which I purchased my dress through and it was completely empty. I reached out on December 18, 2024 about why I was not informed and received no response. I then reached out in February and they said they moved to their ******** location and I can pick it up or get it delivered. I told her I wanted it delivered and no address was asked. On February ******* the owner said my dress would be in the following week and I heard nothing. On March ******* I reached back out wondering where my dress is since my wedding is in May no response all phone calls and texts and emails have gone unanswered. Last week instead of calling my phone and I used someone elses and they answered. I spoke to **** and she had absolutely no information on where my dress is about three weeks out from my wedding. I am left without a dress and out of $895 that I spent on the dress with no answers to my questions. I believe they have voided their contract with not informing me of and any changes therefore I am able to receive my full refund and a proper apology from this business.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Luxe & Lace Bridal ******* regarding complaint ID ********. I have not heard from the business and my wedding is today.
