    Order total: $74.90, Date placed: 16th Mar 2025, I purchased the BumpTek RP Series 60 HD car bumper protector. Tracking information: ****************** ********** Ground (Flat Rate)). The product was delivered. Order #******. The company's website return policy says "You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. To begin the return process send us an e-mail to ******************************* for proper return authorization. Be sure to include your name, e-mail address, order number and the reason for your return so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Any returns without valid return authorization will be refused and no refund will be given.Items for return must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted and return shipping costs are the responsibility of and must be prepaid by the customer. Items that have been used or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned. If your item is damaged or defective, well take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.Once your return is received it will be processed and inspected by our returns department. Upon completion of the inspection refund will be processed to your original payment method for merchandise returned, minus original shipping charges. You will not be charged any re-stocking fee, but original shipping charges are non-refundable." The tracking # shows the package was delivered Monday, March 24 at 1:45 P.M. I emailed the company asking to return the product on March 20th as I realized my car has sensors on the bumper that this product would block. I have emailed ******************************* since March 20th and have not received a reply. It is now past the 30 day return window and I'm not sure they will honor the return at this point. I should be allowed to return the product as I initiated contact before the product was delivered so well within 30 days of delivery. I am just trying to return the product and receive a refund. The product is unopened and isn't used.

    I ordered a series 46 bumper appliqu on line at ************************** for $39.99 January 31, 2025 and paid with ****************. When I received the package almost 10 days later I failed to open the box since it was excessively cold outside.The bumper application does not work effectively in cold weather since Bumptek indicates that you may not want to install it below 70 degrees.When I opened the package one week later, I found it was the wrong size bumper.I could not install the size Bumptek. Com had shipped to me so I emailed them twice for return information. As of today February 24th, I have not received any response.There is Not a phone number available. I dont know what to do other than filing this complaint and disputing the charge thru Amex. The business has been unresponsive.
