    I got in a yellow cab and when I went to pay the driver said that the credit card machine was not working and that I should give him my card. He took out his own machine and said the card is no good get out of the cab. A few minutes later I got a notice from my bank with a charge from this company of over 300 dollars. My cab ride was only 15 blocks.

    On Wednesday October 4 at approximately 12:15 pm I took a *** yellow cab from ********* to *********, accompanying an 89 year old friend to the Doctor. When the credit card machine in the back of the cab did not work for my companion the driver asked that she hand him her card. He returned the card a minute later and said try again, at which time is still did not work. I then tried my card and the same thing occurred. The driver instructed us to exit the cab and said we couldn't pay. A moment later I received a receipt from SQUARE for $195 paid to Tintman LLC located in Brooklyn and registered to ****************. My companion was also charged $211 to Tintman LLC. We were not in Brooklyn and did not request any type of automotive services from Tintman. The cab ride was approximately $30 dollars. My credit card shows 2 purchases at that time on that day; $350 and $195.98. I was not charged for my cab ride. I telephoned the number and the man on the phone said this was impossible and he would look into it and call me back in 15 minutes. I never heard back. I believe Tintman is a bogus business. My credit card is investigating.

    this transaction was disputed by the card holder and the customer that used the card was verified by an id. so either way the service was done and paid and then disputed a few days later
