    Purchased this nespresso machine in November of 2024 and it worked great until February of 2025, I have contacted them thru ****** and entered several tickets into their customer service website. I have received one email from them acknowledging my issue but nothing else. I liked the machine and how it worked but it should be warrantied. I would like them to fix my machine or send me a new one.

    I have a problem. I had a conversation going with Bestpresso in email, but i have had no response in several months. I purchased their single-serve Bestpresso espresso machine on Jul 26, 2022, Amazon order # ***-***************. I have used this is a normal way.Their product manual states that they will replace a defective machine within 1 year or purchase. That time-frame is running out in 10 days. I reported to them on Apr 10, 2023 that the machine no longer works. They replied on Apr 19 by email that their technicians would offer help, but they have not provided any support and no further communication. I asked for support again on Jun 27, and again earlier today.Please help me before my warranty runs out. The manual states that they will replace a defective machine within 1 year. Since we are still within the warranty period, and since I described the problem to them three months ago, I request that they send me a replacement, with tracking information. Please ask them to ship it to:**************** ******************************************************
