    I purchased bestspresso plastic pods. The advertising says they have a recycle program and when you go to their website there's a place to put in your ****** order number. The website says they will then send you a recycling bag for the plastic pods. I did that and got nothing. I did it again, got nothing. And after buying yet a second order of ********************************************* requesting my recycling bag. Months later still no bag. When the website says you can get a recycling bag if you buy their pods but yet that is not true, that is false advertising and fraud. I would not have bought their pods if I thought they would not send me the bag to recycle them as advertised. Now I'm getting ready to place a third order but I already have 200 pods sitting in my kitchen. I will not order from them again if they do not comply with their advertising. My first order through ****** was ordered on December 23, 2022, *******************. I have put that order number in three times on the website for Best presso. The first time in February of 2023, the second time in April of ************************** July of 2023. It has been 6 months since I've asked for my recycling bag. My second order of 100 pods occurred on Mar 13, 2023. Order number *******************. I have hereby verified purchase of 200 pods, over the past 8 months, three requests for recycling bags and I got nothing. If they do not send my pods I will request full refund for all purchases on the basis of fraudulent advertising. Fraudulent advertising also comes with triple damages by the way. Thank you for your proper resolution of this issue. I would love to continue to buy your product but I refuse to buy a third set of 100 pods when you're engaging in false advertising and not sending the recycling bags despite numerous requests.
