    I ordered a Laptop and it Arrived in the Mail 2 Days ago, It Shuts down, has glitched images and graphics driver issues. I have been trying to contact them and have gotten no response back at all. I would like a refund of my money, If they don't respond to me soon enough I will be disputing the charge with my bank and trashing the laptop. Someone respond!!!

    So many negative reviews. All based on fear of unknowing or lack of technical knowledge of the product bought. This is a wholesale distributor of new and refurbished computers. This isn't best buy. If you don't know what you are buying or need support, go shop at Best buy and purchase a geek squad warranty.This company is very legit. I ordered a high end Asus laptop. Listed as new factory sealed. Ordered on a Friday night at around 11pm. Shipping label was immediately created. Item shipped the next morning. I had it Monday morning. Super fast shipping. Product was ****** secured in the packaging. Every tamper resistant seal was intact. The laptop was brand new. Works and functions flawlessly. The price was $400 below MSRP. You can't beat that. Thank you thepcwholesale.com for the excellent experience. I will shop with them again 100%And no this isn't a paid review. I am a real person and a real customer with an amazing experience. I love this laptop and at the price I paid I was skeptical that I might be getting scammed as well. But it is legit! Product warranty registered instantly with no issues. Very happy. Ps. Get some social media channels up and better lines of communication so that people won't be so afraid to shop with you. But I understand this is a wholesale distributor. Most items are sold as is non returnable and are dropped shipped from manufacturers or partner vendors. This isn't your typical direct to retail outlet.

    I ordered a touchscreen Chromebook. When I received it, it took me 10 minutes of messing with the power button to get it to come on, only to find out that it's not a touchscreen. After it powered off it would never come back on. **************** (who I imagine to be one unhappy guy that speaks very little English) argued with me about everything and then would apologize after I sent proof. I finally got an RMA to return and it's been in their hands for 3 weeks with no refund. After my third email requesting a refund they said they had already credited me $100. My purchase was for $140, and I did not get that credit. Another 'I'm sorry', we'll work on that now. Definitely not worth the small savings.

    The reviews for this retailer is weird because ever other one is negative. I'm filling out this email to clear the air. Admittedly I order from here in poor confidence due to the reviews shown here. I even filled out a ticket expressing my concerns prior to the shipment date. The website says 2-4 business days for shipment. Usually companies show delivery dates not shipment. So the item takes 2-4 business days to be shipped and addition 3-5 days to be delivered. This is kind of annoying but I saved almost $400 on a workstation laptop so can't complain too much. My item did ship a little late. I ordered it on a Saturday which in my book means it would shipped by Thursday but my item shipped Friday evening and was delivered Monday afternoon. no big deal but not within the time frame. My device looked brand new and was exactly what I ordered. Over all I think this is a great company. The only thing I'd say that doesn't make them 5 stars is there shipment procedure and the fact that they are a 3rd party retailer. The fact that their a 3rd party retailer affects there ability to issues refunds and restock items. I do think their fair prices make up for this but not enough for 5 stars in my opinion. I wish the people who left bad reviews would revise their rating to at least 2 or 3 stars because it looks like the company responded to each concern which is why I decided to give them a chance although I was very unsure. I'd also like to point out that the company has been around since 2008 I think and it seems like their bad reviews started early 2021 which is when COVID affected most small businesses from March 2020 - December 2022 in my opinion. I hope this helps someone decided.

    Bought a high performance Thinkstation PC from this company. Hadn't come across the company before but the prices were excellent. Saw the reviews here before I did, so had some trepidation. In the end, I had an excellent experience, very responsive sales team helping when I first contacted them about the purchase and my shipping questions. Transaction was perfect, arrived with fast shipping fully tracked and updated on ****** in fact arriving a day earlier than expected. Outstanding value for the purchase price and I am very pleased so far. Don't understand why the bad reviews on this website, but perhaps negative biased by a few customers. Am therefore adding my review to balance with my positive experience. Will be back to buy my next computer.

    We ordered my son a computer for this upcoming college year, we spent more bc its for his engineering program. When we received it and it was not what we ordered. We have been trying to get a return label or some other resolution for this problem and still a month and a half later and still NO results! We sent all the info they have requested as well. You can not get anyone to answer the phone nor online chat. I am lost at this point and dont know what to do

    Given the previous reviews I was pretty skeptical. In fact I almost got cold feet and cancelled my order. No cause for concern though. I ordered my asus laptop on Friday morning. They shipped it the same day and I just got it today Sunday morning, two days after placing the order. Remarkable.
