    I am a ***** writer for ************ Clubs of *****************. We have been in partnership with ******* for several years who have helped us in Sub 4 Santa for underserved kids. This year, ******* changed to a new giving platform that is called ***** **** but managed by Deed. I've had several ******* store managers agree to donate funds from their stores to Sub 4 Santa. However, the new ***** **** Platform has been difficult to use to ******* staff and nonprofits seeking funds. We could not get a $3,000 ***** approved for Sub 4 Santa because no one assisted me or the ******* store manager in completed all the required tasks on Deed/ ***** ****. I have had pending volunteer time from ******* employees that says it is in a pending status. I cannot approve of these. Whenever I reach out for help with Deed, they tell me to contact ***** ****. Whenever I reach out to ***** ****, they tell me to reach out to Deed. This is all that happens. I cannot approve this volunteer time and we weren't able to provide Sub 4 Santa for several families because of this platform issue. I've reached out to both Deed and ***** **** several times since October and they both tell me I can only resolve the issue with the other -- several times.

    We have been trying to contact Deed for a while now since February 2024. On ******* Spark Good | *******.com website we have filled out the Spark Good application and know it was time to complete the Deed account. Well, there is dialog box that pops up and says:Take Action: Complete your Deed account ************** Starting February 2024, we changed our third-party verification provider to Deed. To continue your participation in Spark Good programs, all organizations will need to finish setting up their Deed account if they haven't already. Click the link below to create/reset your password to your Deed account using your Spark Good *******.com email address. Complete Deed account. But when I click the complete Deed account button it doesn't take me to register for grants, it takes me into Deed dashboards other administrative tools, but nowhere to register for grants. I have called other people and they have also had a hard time finding where to as well for the ****** They are on the web, but they don't have a phone number or any one to chat with online. This is not right at all, because as a consumer I should be able to talk to someone in customer service, help desk or a chat, to get customer service help with a situation that I might have or a product question. In all, I still have not been able to have any of my questions answered about Deed and how to register with deed for the ****** Can you please help me find a solution to this problem with this company?
