    I contacted Edgar on Wednesday 28/2022 about getting my iPad fixed. After we talk he ask me to bring it over, because the picture that I sent him over wasn't okay, that it must be in person. I agree, to stop by Thursday 29/2022, I told him by the following Friday 30/2022 I will stop by, I spoke to him on Friday but he wasnt there I ask the person that was there (his fianc) so she told me to leave my iPad so I did. I also instruct her to keep it in my iPad leather case so it doesn't get damaged or scratched. I did it and leave and later I spoke to Edgar again, he request a $150.00 charge I told him that was way too much for a tempered glass change, and later asks me for $120.00. I call him on Saturday to check but iPad wasnt ready. Yesterday Monday I call him at 9:29 am asking if iPad was ready and he said yes. I letting know that I will come around 2:00 in the afternoon, but also sent him $120.00 through Cash application. I was expecting to have my iPad fixed. At the moment I got over he has my iPad with tape all over edges he say to keep it until it dry up for maybe two hours. I followed his instructions. The moment I pell off the clear tape I saw damage to all edges of my iPad. I call him today Tuesday 4/2022 and ask him about it he just doesnt know what happened I told him my iPad wasnt in that condition, and that I like to address the situation, but he just denied the damage, I am requesting a full refund of my money or get another undamaged iPad. I don't trust anyone with my electronic device or ********************** or phone, he was a person who was recommended by my friend, I live way far away from this business but decided to go because my friend recommended this place. I do not recommend this place for the reason described above. There are cameras on his business he can send videos of how I was on my iPad condition. No nice at all. I live in Westchester county and pay for toll and gas to go over the city of NY. My time costs as well.
