I placed an order with Beautyliv (Order #******) on April 29th, and the item was shipped via ***** with tracking number ************. The package was marked out for delivery on Friday, May 2nd, but I never received it. There have been no updates or delivery attempts since then. The tracking still states its out for delivery on May 2nd.I contacted Beautyliv promptly and was told they had filed a claim with *****. However, they have made no effort to offer a refund or replacement and continue to tell me they are waiting on the outcome of the claim. As the seller, Beautyliv is responsible for ensuring the item is delivered, regardless of whether their shipping partner loses the package. The outcome of the claim is irrelevant to me as I paid BeautyLiv and responsibility for delivery falls on the business not the carrier. The tracking clearly reflects that I have not received anything.Under the **** Mail Order Rule and the Uniform Commercial Code, the seller is obligated to either fulfill the order or refund the customer if delivery fails. I have been patient and clear in my communications, but they are now stalling without offering a resolution.Please refund me as soon as possible.Business Response

2/26 I ordered **** **** Girl of now shine. Before the order I checked the BBB and they have a A+ rating. I also have ordered from BeautyLIV before based on the BBB recommendation. So I had no worries. When the order came everything was fine, until I opened it. It didn't smell right. Now usually before I open a fragrance I use check fresh. But like I said I had ordered from them before so I trusted the company. But since it didn't smell right, I used check fresh and learned the perfume was FIVE YEARS+ old. Perfume has a 3-5 year shelf life. When I contacted BeautyLIV, all they said was the perfume was authentic. I responded to the email they sent me, and informed them I never said the perfume wasn't authentic. I said it was old. They never responded back to me.Business Response

But they lack comprehension. As I said in my complaint, I never said the perfume wasn't authentic. I said the perfume didn't smell right. Since it didn't smell as it should have, I checked the batch code. The perfume is FIVE YEARS AND FOUR MONTHS OLD!!! Over 35 years in business and BeautyLIV doesn't know perfume has a 3-5 year shelf life?!? I've purchased a more expensive perfume from this company before with know problems. Now I'm convinced this was done deliberately. Why would BeautyLIV sell perfume that old? Like you said, you've been in business over 35 years. So you knew the perfume was defective. This company is a fraudulent. I want compensation and an apology. Come to think of it, why would the BBB give a company an A+ rating to a company that sells perfume that's so old? This is **** **** not vintage Shalimar or ******. I want the A+ rating taken down. I will keep making complaints here and everywhere else I can.

I understand my package is in the possession of the shipping carrier but the label was created December 13th and were 2 days away from December 23rd now thats 10 days of my package just sitting there this is unbelievably unacceptable. The business sold me a counterfeit perfume, which smelled completely like alcohol, and nothing like the perfume. After comparing the product with my previous purchase from an authorized seller, it was concluded the perfume bottle received from Beautyliv was diluted. I reached out to the seller, firstly the seller kept ignoring my emails, and they responded eventually to one email. And refused to return the perfume as it was opened. I explained after opening it only I realized it was diluted. The seller showed intent to re-sell the bottle regardless of being diluted perfume, since they can't re-sell it, they can't accept the return.Business Response

The documentation doesn't contain any invoice or proof of authenticity of the perfumes being sold.
After comparing the product with previous purchase from an authorized seller it was concluded the perfume sold by BeautyLiv is a diluted perfume. If the seller stands behind their product and guarantees the authenticity then a return should be acceptable under those statements.

They sold me a fake creed perfume. The batch number doesn't exist i looked it up. I tried to call them from the number you had posted. I only ordered from them because they were A rated by bbb. Anyway I called and would get hung up on finally sombody answered asking who's this and I told him I want to return the fake and he hung up on me. He said "No I did not open or use the item.".
Then we said "We can accept your return then, please use the attached prepaid return label to return the item back to ** and please don't forget to ship it with ***** Your refund will be made once we receive the item.".
He used the return label that we sent and shipped the item back to **.

Tried to order online with 2 separate credit cards and all required personal info. Both times response was card declined. There was no valid reason for the card declined. Tried calling the phone number listed on the BBBwebsite and not a valid phone number. Emailed customer service with no reply.
