    This group was hired to relocate my mother's belongings from her residence in the *** to another country. The shipment included items from two family home. Although they did not request a deposit to begin the packing process, they also failed to provide an estimate despite my mother asking for one on three different occasions. Furthermore, they did not provide an itemized list of the packed items in the shipping container. After my mother followed up with them, they eventually came to pack everything, although they had previously ignored her inquiries. While they packed the furniture, I took it upon myself to pack the glassware. My mother, who is 81 years old and has poor eyesight, was shocked when they completed the job and demanded $25,000. Upon hearing this, I obtained quotes from two other shipping companies, which estimated the cost for the same two-family move to ****** at between $11,000 and $12,000. This situation raises serious concerns about the ethical practices of this company and their potential exploitation of elderly individuals.
