  People who works on the front desk don't care about the patients. Total mess in the office .

  They keep sending me invalid bill and dont want to remove the charge. I paid for the visit on the spot $250 (prior to arrival I called and asked how much the visit will cost, and I was told 250$) upon arrival I paid that price that supposed to include consultation and prescriptions. I saw the doctor for 5-7 min, didnt do any other procedures, it was not required, I had small issue. After that doctor sent my prescription to the pharmacy that he chooses in the ***** (I live in ******** and my pharmacy is nothing even close to the *****). When I called them they refused to send prescription to my pharmacy, I had to call them multiple times and argue and finally I managed to get it sent closer to my house for pick up. Apparently prescription had multiple very expensive antibiotics that was not required, to cure infections that I never had, so I assume the medical office has some sort of agreement with their pharmacy on those medications. I picked up only what I needed for my little issue. After that they started to send me bills to the house almost 600$ for the visit (I already paid $250 and that was supposed to be the final price). When I called them back and ask how much is the visit they said again $250. I asked why then you send me bills 600, front desk responded that she doesnt know. Billing department also says - they dont know. So nobody in this office knows what they charging for.

  Terrible place. Unprofessional service and patient care. I'm a new patient. I made an appointment for 12:30 pm. I arrived 20 minutes prior and waited to see ****************** for 2 hours. Once I was in the exam room I waited an extra 30min because they assigned me the wrong doctor. After being seen by ****************** (who happens to be very friendly), he prescribed ** to be picked up from my pharmacy, but they never called it in. I had to call the following day to ask them to send the ** asap because I was in a lot of pain. 3 weeks later, I'm still using the medical cream but no change. I took a second look at the direction on the box and realized its the wrong medicine. I called them this morning to explain the situation and ask ****************** to call me back asap. It's now 5 pm, I called just a few minutes ago, and the Dr left. He never received the memo. Just disgraceful! I do not recommend this place unless they *********** (professional) staff.
