    My wife had a mammography test completed at a different site, results came back from the doctor who ordered a follow-up test for a sonogram. ****** wrote a script for the test to be done, asked that we take the CD and the radiology report to Bay Ridge Medical Imaging located on 13th ave and 71st street. We did that, tried to set up an appointment at the front desk. The receptionist was nice and entered the info, then talked to someone named ***** who identified herself as a supervisor. To start, all ***** kept on saying that this test cant be done here, would not listen to anything we said, she was rude, abrupt, lacked interpersonal skills, actually was yelling at us in front of staff and patients. I tried to calm her down to ask some questions but she kept on interrupting, indicating that we need to go back where we came from to do this test. I asked her to call the doctors office and she refused, then she said she would call and did only to come back and say we cant help you here! I went back to my doctor, they were shocked! They offered to call them but I opted to go somewhere else. We ended up at ********************* facility on *********** and 61st St. They set up the appointment without an issue. I would like someone to discuss this situation with the person in charge. If ***** is truly representing this organization then its shameful! Someone actually promoted or hired a supervisor that lacks common sense, courtesy, patients, soft skills. I can tell that the staff were even shocked at the outburst. I can honestly say, this was by far the worst customer experience Ive ever had. I want to be fair here, ***** couldve been following internal policy and guidelines but thats not how to interact with a customer or set an example for her staff. She should be leading by example!

    Would love to schedule an appointment for my mammogram. No one answers the scheduling phone. I waited over 30 minutes on the phone today. The website makes no reference to mammograms. Maybe they don't do them anymore? I'm not in the "my chart" system, even though I been using Bay Ridge Medical Imaging for over 20 years.Help?
