My family has been dealing with this business 7/8 years because of the insurance company has chose it out of convenience.. The first time it took about 5 or 6 times to get the wheelchair correct for size and use appropriate my bro is disabled by seizure with nervous system issues as well as mild dementia but if you give him a trusted wheelchair he'll go for hours no problem.. This now the second chair.. My bad 3rd tge 2nd wasn't for someone his size or with his needs.. So now this chair has been shutting down when on a ************ or going off the curb.. This all started in December 22..today is June 23 and after they failed to show ..after I took the day on Friday she (AMS) said Sunday 1/130..k..Said day my bro went down stairs early **** a nice day to wait.. **** he goes to the bathroom while outside there's a cvs opposite his apartment it's actually easier for him.. **** a guy from (AMS) comes by.. He comes to the door, I tell him my bro has been downstairs a little while he had to go to the store across the street to the bathroom, he'll be back in a minute .. I ask.. Does he want to come in... Now he seems a bit annoyed, he says no he'll wait downstairs.. Now this guy has been coming here for years and has always been patient, So don't think anything.. As I'm walking to the phone I can hear the end of a message it's **** and it's a lady yelling they're not coming back.. I look out the window and the guy is loading back up and leaving ..mind you this is 103 So he was here all of 13 minutes and she saying he had to pay a toll. You would think if they were that concerned he'd do what he came here to do.. The person I spoke to was unhelpful and sarcastic and unprofessional she kept making like the chair was said to be completely broken and unable to use, so then how is he using it constantly saying.. being snide and rude. Insisting he has to bring in the unsafe wheelchair.. So for years of unprofessionalism and 6mths w/unsafe chair without help. I submit.
