    Got the 7 day trial and I canceled the plan before the renewal date but it still charged me $39.99 USD I would like a refund and encourage others to never use this service. I emailed their customer support email on DEC 8th right when I got charged ,and it said it will be "within 72 hours" but I still have not received a reply or a refund Ive tried contacting them multiple times through email and their website and received no response. The phone number on their website is not working and nobody is there to pick up the phone. Ive never had a company not responding to customers emails, just this email Hello,Thank you for contacting Brainly!Our system indicates that your Brainly subscription on the account associated with the email ymeadows.zendesk@brainly has already been canceled. It will remain active until the end of your plan, but it will not auto-renew.Please let us know if you have any questions!THATS NOT EVEN MY EMAIL! please dont use this service or site/app try Chegg is way better if you need educational help!

    I am so disappointed in Brainly's no-refund policy and, more importantly, customer service. I did not use the ********************** service and got charged for a years worth of it because I didn't cancel a free trial in time because I was having a baby. And to be fair, the no refund policy is NOT blatantly obvious or clear. There is nothing that this service has to offer me given the stage of life I am in. They claim to have sent communication about expiring free trial but I got no such email. It is quite poor when a company has to syphon money from people. Put your money where your mouth is. If this was truly a phenomenal product, you wouldn't need to scam/have a no refund policy to keep your business afloat. What is worst of all, I have responded to customer service emails with no response in return. Again, disappointing.

    I had a free trial that ended on October 12th. I canceled on October 12th before end of business. Long before the day was over and on the LAST day of the FREE trial. I even emailed to confirm the cancellation was verified to which your customer support said it was in fact, canceled on the last day of the free trial. You charged me anyway. This is absolutely fraudulent, suspicious, and bad business. Your service also is misleading and imposes sanctions on what is adversities as an endless supply of help and tutoring. But it isnt, as it turned out. This is bad business and i demand my money be refunded as once again, i canceled on the last day of my free trial. I will continue to seek out additional help until this is resolved.

    I had a free trial that ended on October 12th. Today is October 12th. I noticed I was charged despite having issues with their services and canceling. They charged me this morning. The free trial said i had the services through OCTOBER 12th. Again, today is October 12th. I noticed the card had been charged around 4 pm but had posted this morning. I do not accept charges. This is fraudulent and predatory behavior.

    I did not sign up for this! I emailed asking for a refund and was denied multiple times! Parents, teachers and students do not work with this company! Terrible customer service!

    I was charged for a subscription that I never wanted. I was told that there are no refunds given. The problem with this is that you are completely unable to use this site without fully signing up for a free 7-day trial, so accessing it causes you to have to use this. If you are like me and found the site to be useless for what I needed, then you have to remember to cancel the subscription right after you sign up. Their business model forces users to subscribe to their site and give their credit info to sign up knowing that most people will want to cancel after the trial and probably forget and charge you ************************************************************************ users who simply forgot to cancel. Then they refused to refund me stating that its their policy. Their policy and business model is predatory at best. Another great example of why tech companies should be heavily regulated. Just because you post that you wont give refunds on your site doesnt give you the right to design something that ropes people in to profit off of people who simply just want to visit their site.

    canceled a free trial subscription and was still charged by this company stating that ***** didn't not notify them about a cancelation, why would another company notify you about a cancelation canceled on their own website and refused to refund the money back.

As explained in the previous messages, in case of free trials/subscriptions activated through the Apple App Store, cancellations and refunds must be requested directly through them. We have investigated a bit further and it looks like your free trial on your account ********** was: activated on 18 July canceled on 22 July expired on 25 July I can clearly see that all the above was actioned via Apple App Store. You should not have been charged for your subscription, but if you were, you'll need to request a refund through Apple directly as they do not let merchants issue refunds made on their processors. It might be though that your payment is associated with another Brainly account. We requested more info about the charges, but unfortunately, we didn't get a reply about it.Let us know if you have any other questions.Best,Brainly Team
