    This place is the last place you want to work. The owner and manager both have issues. The first day they keep telling you if you make a mistake youll be fired. They get rid of employees after two or three weeks. Somebody should check how many people they hire and fire. . They seem to enjoy it a little to much. Its a game with them. People have families and bills to pay. They both need professional help. Treating employees like this is a testament to how they run this company. Having to work all day with old movies being played all day with no consideration for other people working in the office. Not only should you not consider working there I would it consider hiring the for anything. So many great companies around. No reason to pick Daven Electric. Also very savvy in deceit.

    Was hired on thinking it was a full time position, only to work 1 full 40 hour week in the 6 weeks I was employed. Also on the last week, I was removed from all company apps without warning and never was responded to. I still havent even been fired by anyone, just ghosted. Absolute joke of management running this company.
